PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SELL WATER EVEN IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR.
IF YOU HAVEN’T BEEN GIVEN THE PERMISSION TO SELL WATER PLEASE DON’T. IT WILL BE SEIZED AND NOT GIVEN BACK.
YOU CANNOT SHARE A STAND WITH A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER WHO SELLS A DIFFERENT PRODUCT BUT DIDN’T REGISTER THEMSELVES
PLEASE IF YOU SELL AFRICAN WEAR AND YOU KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE A LOT, KINDLY TAKE 2 STANDS BECAUSE WE DO NOT WANT ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HAVING TOO MANY ITEMS AND MANNEQUINS (NOTE THAT YOU WILL PAY ONLY 70% OF THE SECOND STAND)

YOU WILL BE GIVEN A CANOPY, 2 CHAIRS AND A TABLE. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLE CLOTH). INCASE YOU WILL NEED EXTRA TABLES AND CHAIRS, KINDLY BRING IT YOURSELF.
NOTE THAT NOT ALL CANOPIES ARE SPECIFICALLY ONE ROOM.
EARLY REGISTRATION IS THE BEST BECAUSE WE DO NOT REGISTER TOO MANY VENDORS SELLING SIMILAR THINGS
FEE – GHC 2400 FOR THE 3 DAYS ( WITH 2 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN – 1200 TO BOOK YOUR SLOT AND 1200 IN 4 WEEKS, , COUNTING FROM FIRST PAYMENT)
IF SOMEONE HASN’T SET UP, DON’T TAKE THEIR TABLE AND CHAIR.
REGISTRATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE EVEN IF YOU PAID 1MINUTE AGO. INCASE OF ANY MAJOR ISSUE, WE POSTPONE EVENT.
WE WILL NOT KEEP A STAND FOR YOU WITH THE INTENTION OF YOU REGISTERING LATER.
THERE WILL BE ELECTRICITY SO EACH VENDOR SHOULD KINDLY BRING ALONG A LONG OR AN INDUSTRIAL EXTENSION BOARD IF YOU WILL NEED ELECTRICITY
ELECTRICITY WILL BE GIVEN AT 11am, AFTER ALL CARS HAVE OFFLOADED VENDORS ITEMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SET UP BEFORE WE PUT THE CABLES DOWN OR YOU WILL CARRY YOUR ITEMS TO YOUR STAND. CARS WONT ENTER THE STANDS AFTER 11am
Note that electricity will not be given for you to plug your fridges, freezers, use of blenders, air fryers, deep fryers, industrial machines and high voltage machines. It is for low voltage items only
EACH TENT HAS A BULB THAT WILL BE SWITCHED ON IN THE EVENING (IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE BULB, YOU CAN BRING YOURS LIKE OTHERS DO)

AFTER PAYMENT PLEASE SEND YOUR BUSINESS LOGO, 1 PICTURE OF YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES AND YOUR INSTAGRAM BUSINESS NAME IMMEDIATELY.
YOU WILL ALSO SEND A 1MIN COMPULSORY PROMO VIDEO TELLING CUSTOMERS WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOU DURING THE SALES. YOU CAN DECIDE TO SHOW YOUR FACE OR DO A VOICE OVER YOUR PRODUCTS
